Job summary

Imerys is seeking a Cost and Production Analyst (CPA) – Plant Controller to ensure standard cost calculations, monitor performance, and support site financial reporting. You will partner with site management on cost control, inventory accounting, and capex analysis within a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes monthly closing, internal controls, and collaboration with the Site Manager and BA Hub Controller to drive efficiency and profitability across assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, general ledger, or plant controller roles.
• Experience with month-end close, inventory valuation, and internal controls.
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calculate standard costs to ensure accurate product valuation.
• Perform month-end close, inventory postings, and cost accounting activities.
• Maintain local internal controls and respond to audits.
• Provide financial data and analyses to Site Manager and BA Hub Controller.
