Zusammenfassung

INTECO melting and castingtechnologies GmbH in Austria is seeking an experienced engineer to lead piping design for steel plant projects. You will review concepts, 3D models, isometrics and material lists while coordinating interfaces between design, process engineering and external partners.

You will mentor project teams on piping systems, pressure equipment, and applicable standards, support tendering and procurement, and assist installation and commissioning.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant professional experience and willingness to travel (10–20%).
• Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Perform piping design for steel plant projects and review piping concepts, 3D models and isometrics.
• Coordinate interfaces between design, process engineering and external partners.
• Provide guidance on piping systems, pressure equipment, materials, and standards.
• Support tendering, procurement, installation and commissioning activities.
