Zusammenfassung

ZAUNERGROUP Holding GmbH seeks an experienced construction site manager for industrial piping projects in Austria and Central Europe. You will lead the site team, ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of contractual services, and coordinate with Project Management on claims and documentation.

The role requires an apprenticeship in metalworking or a technical qualification, several years of site-management experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in construction site management within industrial plant construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for site assignments in Austria and abroad.
• Solid IT skills including MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Full delivery of all contractually agreed services on construction sites in Austria and abroad.
• Ensure timely execution of site activities to meet quality standards and targets.
• Oversee management and coordination of construction sites and contract obligations.
• Lead the installation team and identify development needs.
• Ensure availability and proper use of site equipment and materials.
• Report progress to the Project Management team.
• Prepare written claims and change requests with support from Project Management.
• Prepare site and acceptance documentation.
• Act as a role model for safety, quality, professionalism, and teamwork.
