Qualifikationen

• We expect a strong background in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry or related fields.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture, cloning, fluorescence microscopy and interaction studies is highly desirable.
• Interest in transcriptional regulation and biomolecular condensates is essential.
• Excellent English communication and willingness for international collaboration are required.

Aufgaben

• Characterize interactions of IDRs with β-catenin in cells.
• Investigate functional consequences of β-catenin regulation on IDR-containing proteins.
• Explore how novel inhibitors affect transcriptional condensates and gene expression.
• Collaborate with the Madl group and international partners within the FlexCAT network.
