CBmed GmbH in Graz is looking for a dedicated Postdoc (senior) to join their stem cell-based disease modeling group focused on Diabetes Research.

In this role, you will conduct advanced research involving the maintenance of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) cultures, coordinate experiments, and develop innovative cell-based assays. The position offers an unlimited contract with a yearly minimum salary of €70,200.20 gross based on a 40-hour work week.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in mammalian cell culture.
• Experience in induced pluripotent stem cell culture is a must.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques like Western-Blot, qPCR, and ELISA.

Aufgaben

• Maintain induced pluripotent stem cell cultures and supervise a team.
• Reprogram patient-derived cells into iPSCs.
• Develop cell-based assays for diabetes research.
• Coordinate and supervise experiments and manage documentation.
