EV Group Europe & Asia/Pacific GmbH is seeking a Team Lead Payroll to guide a five-person payroll team and oversee smooth, error-free monthly payroll for about 1,300 employees in Austria.

You will ensure compliance with labor, social security, and income tax laws, advise managers, and drive process improvements, including IT-related initiatives, while maintaining strong stakeholder relations.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education with payroll certification; Payroll Academy training is a plus.
• Several years of payroll experience; initial leadership responsibility is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of labor, social security, and income tax law.
• Structured, process- and solution-oriented, accurate, discreet and loyal; team spirit essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a dedicated payroll team of five.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll for ~1,300 employees.
• Ensure compliance with legal/collective agreement regulations and internal policies.
• Advise managers and external authorities; coordinate with service providers.
• Optimize payroll processes and contribute to IT projects.
• Prepare reports and support international assignments.
