Worldline is seeking a Business Engineer to analyze end-to-end business and IT requirements for cashless payments. You will balance customer needs, product offering, capabilities, and time-to-market with cost pressures.

You will translate strategy into practical solutions, drive analysis and design, and collaborate with delivery teams to shape optimal client solutions. A dynamic, analytical, customer-focused profile with English and German is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a business analyst, business engineer or requirements engineer.
• Experience in the financial sector, especially in payments, is a big plus.
• Independent, dynamic working style with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Fluent English and German.
• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira is a plus.
• Familiar with DevOps and agile methodologies.
• Degree (FH/University) in IT or Engineering.
• Mobile working within Austria and flexible working time models.

Aufgaben

• Act as the link between strategy and implementation, translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Lead the analysis and design processes to develop effective business capabilities.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments and cost analysis with stakeholders.
• Steer implementation jointly with development teams and architects.
• Support production launches of new business features.
• Interface between product management, sales and development.
• Lead small projects.
