Global Experts is assisting a 4* hotel in Tirol, Austria, to recruit a Patissier. You will prepare mis-en-place for all menus and craft deserts to the highest hotel standards while ensuring staff meals meet requirements.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of Patissier experience in a 4*/5* setting, strong communication and organisational skills, and flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends and early mornings. German or English fluency is required.

• Prepare mis-en-place for all menus
• Prepare, cook and present deserts consistently to hotel / restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed by Senior Chefs
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess 4 years ofexperience as a Patissier in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Have strong communication and organisational skills: these are a must as this is a busy, dynamic role.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings and on occasion, early mornings.
• Speak German orEnglish fluently
