Job summary

Erste Group Bank AG in Wien is offering a part-time internship in our Project Portfolio Governance team. You will support reporting, data analysis and quality improvement activities while working with modern collaboration and AI-powered tools.

The internship runs 9-12 months from January 2027, 19.25 hours per week, providing hands-on experience across strategic initiatives in an international environment and opportunities to develop analytical, technical and business skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at university, ideally in business or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in data and business topics.
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and analysis to increase transparency across initiatives and projects.
• Assist with data quality across reports, systems and governance processes.
• Work with Jira and other tools to support collaboration and information management.
• Contribute to process and quality improvement initiatives.
• Explore and utilize AI-based tools and chatbots to improve efficiency.
