Job summary

Knapp AG in Styria offers a secure, long-term role in a leading company with a motivated team. You will train new and experienced staff on site, coordinate with the Commissioning department on training topics, and create new training concepts. With KNAPP experience and strong TIA Portal plus C/C++, you will develop further courses with the in-house trainer team.

Qualifications

This role requires completion of a technical apprenticeship and solid training experience.
Good knowledge of TIA Portal and programming languages C++, C#, or Java.
Several years of experience with KNAPP and our products.
Experience with technical training, e-learning, blended learning or webinars.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues orally and in writing.
Strong written and spoken German and English.

Responsibilities

You train new and experienced employees on site according to our training concepts.
You are the contact person for the Commissioning department on training topics.
In this interface role, you identify training needs and create concepts or drive improvements.
You collaborate with the in-house trainer team to create further courses.
You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
