SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking a Manager, Production to lead the day-to-day operations at our Rolle site in Switzerland. You will set priorities, plan team activities, and troubleshoot to ensure reliable delivery in a fast-changing environment.

You will manage a team of five, drive improvements in quality, capacity, efficiency and cost, and balance hands-on leadership with strategic projects in a regulated, data-driven healthcare setting.
