• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within pharma/biopharma manufacturing.
• Strong GMP, batch disposition, deviation management, change control, CAPA, and inspection readiness knowledge.
• Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.

• Lead and develop a high-performing QA operations team across product and batch flow.
• Drive prioritization and governance of deviations, CAPAs, changes, and validations while balancing compliance and operations.
• Strengthen inspection readiness through robust quality systems, processes, and documentation.
