Vestas in the south of Europe is seeking an Installation Project Manager to lead onshore wind project installations across Central Europe. You will drive safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating installation partners and stakeholders.

The role requires managing 10–15 projects concurrently, translating technical and commercial needs into robust plans, and ensuring high-quality delivery through handover to Site Managers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a technical field with project management exposure.
• Experience in installation, construction, or project management within energy or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with crane operations, site logistics, and installation workflows.
• Ability to ensure safety and compliance on complex field projects.
• Experience with suppliers, contracts, and commercial discussions.

Aufgaben

• Own the full preparation of installation for onshore wind projects across Central Europe.
• Manage 10-15 projects simultaneously with robust installation plans.
• Serve as main client contact during project preparation and align expectations.
• Verify site infrastructure meets standards and coordinate deviations.
• Coordinate installation partners to ensure seamless project readiness.
• Identify risks early and keep budgets, schedules, and reports accurate.
• Apply Construction Project Execution standards consistently.
• Align resources with contractual commitments and cross-functional needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new installation concepts.
