Job summary

FOUR PAWS is seeking a senior digital fundraising professional to lead acquisition across markets without a local office, driving donor growth and optimizing CRO on donation pages. You will shape global strategies, test new channels and collaborate with teams worldwide.

The role offers an international, dynamic environment with flexible hours and partial remote work, a dog-friendly office culture, health initiatives, and a competitive salary starting at €55,000 plus 14 payments.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in digital acquisition, preferably in a fundraising context.
• Expertise in online advertising platforms, tracking and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English.

Your contribution will be

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of experience in digital acquisition, preferably in a fundraising context
• Expertise in online advertising platforms, tracking and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, in particular in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English
