Zusammenfassung

FOUR PAWS is seeking a dedicated security professional to protect our facility, staff, visitors, and animals. The role covers access control, patrols, incident handling, and compliance with security policies across our Vienna and Siem Reap sites.

The ideal candidate will have several years of security experience, strong Khmer communication, and fitness for night and weekend shifts. This position offers a dynamic, international environment with meaningful animal welfare impact.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in security, guarding, or related role.
• Experience working with NGOs, facilities, farms, clinics, or warehouses is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and security procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Khmer; basic English is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring the security, safety, and protection of the SAC Facility premises including staff, visits, animals, assets, vehicle, equipment and infrastructure.
• Monitoring and control the access of visitors and vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
• Protecting organizational assets, equipment, infrastructure, and property from theft, damage, loss, or unauthorized use.
• Conducting regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to identify and address security or safety risks.
• Monitoring gates, entrances, perimeter fencing, and designated access points to prevent unauthorised access.
• Registering visitors and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
• Maintaining security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies and report security incidents, accidents, and safety concerns.
• Ensuring compliance with facility security policies, rules, and procedures.
• Supporting the safety and wellbeing of staff, visitors, and animals within the facility.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Cambodian National.
• Completion of secondary school education.
• Several years of experience in security, guarding, or related role.
• Experience working with NGOs, facilities, farms, clinics, or warehouses is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and security procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Khmer; basic English is proficiency is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Honest, reliable, disciplined, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong observation skills and ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
