You will greet visitors and callers with courtesy and professionalism, determine the nature of their visit, maintain visitor logs, and direct them to the right person, department, or office.
You will screen and respond to incoming calls, mail, email, and answer routine inquiries about our office, such as location, opening hours, or contact details.
You will co-manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers, organizing and distributing mail and courier packages, and preparing and tidying meeting rooms for use.
You will support our Office Leader on wider projects and initiatives, and work with the local team and marketing colleagues to plan and deliver local events.
You bring at least one to two years of experience in an administrative, front-of-house, or hospitality-related environment.
You are naturally friendly, courteous, and reliable, and enjoy making visitors and colleagues feel welcome from the first hello.
You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, moving comfortably between phones, mail, meeting-room logistics, and office supplies.
You bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to day-to-day office operations, including supplier management, courier handling, and keeping shared spaces running smoothly.
You are a proactive team player who enjoys supporting wider projects and helping plan local events alongside the marketing team.
