The Social Hub is seeking a Night Front Office Host to maintain a calm, confident presence through the night. You will welcome late arrivals, manage check-ins, and ensure the lobby is welcoming, safe and tidy until sunrise.

You’ll communicate in English and German, handle overnight guest needs, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance as needed. Join a dynamic, multi-national hospitality concept with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
• Calm, friendly presence that makes guests feel safe at night.
• Proficient in English and German.
• Willing to work night shifts on a regular schedule.

• Keep the lobby clean, organized and comfortable throughout the night.

• Prepare morning handovers and share guest insights with the day team.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance when needed.
• Promote The Social Hub spaces and experiences when relevant.

• You communicate clearly in English and German
