You lead a small but mighty crew, guide external partners and jump in when something needs fixing right now. What You’ll Do

• Register monthly utility consumption and support energy‑efficient habits
• Keep safety, fire protection and compliance tasks up to date in collaboration with the Regional Property Manager

What You’ll Have

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality
• You bring strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills
• You have a hands‑on mindset and stay calm when things get messy
• You bring confidence in coordinating contractors and guiding a team
• You have basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems
• You speak German, English is a plus
