Breitling in La Chaux-de-Fonds is seeking a Movement Purchasing Manager to lead the procurement of movement components and movements, aligning with production plans and product development for new releases.

You will manage supplier relationships, budgets and KPIs, and lead the Procurement Agent team, including precious metals and service-level performance, while ensuring compliance and high performance.

Qualifikationen

5-10 years in purchasing and supply of Movement components.
3-5 years in team management.
Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Strong knowledge of strategic purchasing and Supply Chain management.
Fluent in English and French.

Aufgaben

Prepare, analyze, and monitor monthly capacity reservations with supplier partners.
Manage budgets, analysis, and execution data; lead the Procurement Agent team.
Define and monitor KPIs for the Purchasing & Supply Department and suppliers.
Lead HR processes: team objectives, performance reviews, salary and bonus considerations.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment.
