Job summary

Breitling seeks a motivated HSE Working Student (50%) to support the development of our HSE management system across La Chaux-de-Fonds and Grenchen. The role suits students or recent graduates aiming to gain practical experience in health, safety and environmental management within a luxury brand.

You will contribute to safety inspections, risk analyses, actions closure, and audits, while supporting training and environmental initiatives. Hybrid work is possible after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Facility Management, HSE, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in French is essential; English is desirable.
• Willingness to travel regularly between La Chaux-de-Fonds and Grenchen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and continuous improvement of the HSE management system.
• Contribute to HSE projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct safety inspections and site walks.
• Participate in risk analyses and hazard assessments.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Support audits and requests from authorities.
• Update HSE documentation, guidelines and procedures.
• Organize and support training sessions and awareness activities.
• Prepare analyses, presentations and reports.
• Participate in environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Support emergency preparedness and safety drills.
