Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - Money Movement to own end-to-end money movement capabilities across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, and payouts within a growing fintech platform.

You will lead the design of settlement, reconciliation, liquidity management, and treasury workflows, collaborating with Finance, FinOps, and banking partners to replace manual processes with scalable systems.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of product management experience for Senior-level consideration, or 7+ years for Lead-level consideration.
• Proven experience shipping payment rails in fintech environments.
• Hands-on experience with payment methods such as on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers, or card acquiring.

Aufgaben

• Own the money movement product surface across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, and underlying infrastructure.
• Build scalable infrastructure for fund movement, settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury operations.
• Define payments operating models including settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, and transaction processing.
• Partner with Finance and FinOps to build robust processes, reducing manual reconciliation.
• Collaborate with shared payments infrastructure to align money-movement architecture.
• Evaluate solutions across corridors, standardize where possible, customize where needed.
• Manage relationships with partner banks and PSPs, outlining requirements and constraints.
• Analyze corridor economics to guide product and pricing decisions.
• Apply AI-native practices to accelerate execution and reduce manual work.
• Coordinate with retail product and infrastructure teams to align priorities.
