Zusammenfassung

Partner Company in Switzerland is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end money movement, including rails, settlement, and treasury. You will work with Finance, FinOps, and banking partners to scale operations, optimize costs, and design AI-enabled workflows.

The role combines customer-facing product ownership with operational and financial infrastructure, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on scalable, compliant money movement across corridors.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in product management for Senior-level consideration, or 7+ years for Lead-level consideration.
• Proven experience shipping payment rails in fintech or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers, or card acquiring.
• Experience managing payment products across multiple PSPs or banking partners.
• Strong understanding of settlement, reconciliation, treasury, liquidity, and payment operations.
• Comfortable combining customer-facing product ownership with operational and financial infrastructure responsibilities.
• Ability to analyze corridor unit economics, including deposit fees, FX spreads, and transaction fees.
• Direct experience negotiating or managing relationships with partner banks or PSPs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory constraints in emerging-market environments.
• Experience with stablecoin or crypto payment rails is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the money movement product surface across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, and the underlying payment infrastructure.
• Build scalable infrastructure for fund movement, settlement, reconciliation, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
• Define payments operating models covering settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, transaction processing, and workflows.
• Partner with Finance and FinOps to build robust processes and systems, avoiding manual reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the shared payments infrastructure team to align rail and API architecture.
• Evaluate and adapt payment solutions across corridors, standardize where possible.
• Manage relationships with partner banks and payment providers for product requirements.
• Analyze corridor economics to inform pricing decisions.
• Apply AI-native practices to accelerate execution and reduce manual work.
• Work with retail product and infra teams to align priorities across the platform.
• Own end-to-end performance and evolution of money movement capabilities.
