Harmattan AI is seeking a Module Lead for the Guidance & Control module to own roadmaps, team, and interfaces across the company. You will lead the G&C team, define milestones, prioritize work, and ensure successful flight verification with the flight test team.

The role requires MSc/PhD in aerospace/controls or equivalent, deep experience shipping guidance or control software on real vehicles, and proven leadership in a coding/engineering environment.

• Leadership: built or led engineering teams and delivered modules on hard deadlines.
• Clear communicator with engineers and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead the Guidance & Control team, from hiring plans to engineers' growth.
• Define and own the module roadmap with milestones and trade-offs.
• Set guidance design and verification for motion planning and trajectory generation.
• Define and verify control laws across airframe families.
• Maintain interfaces to adjacent modules and align with product and systems teams.
• Lead flight verification campaigns with the flight test team.
