Zusammenfassung

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to manage daily fleet operations for autonomous vehicle and robotaxi services across Europe. You will lead Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure safety, uptime, and deployment readiness.

You will drive KPI performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support new city launches with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement. English proficiency is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in fleet/operational roles in mobility or logistics.
• Proven experience leading 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication.
• Fluent English.

• Oversee daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets across depots.
• Coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Technicians and SDS Specialists.
• Lead fleet availability, KPIs, and deployment readiness.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; escalate risks.
