Ayvens sucht eine:n engagierte:n Kundendienstmitarbeiter:in im Schadenmanagement. Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kund*innen und Partner*innen in der Schweiz und arbeitest eng mit Versicherungspartnern zusammen.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören das Prüfen von Kostenvoranschlägen, die Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen im In- und Ausland sowie die Rechnungskontrolle und Verbuchung. Wir bieten eine Einstiegsmöglichkeit und Entwicklung in einem dynamischen Team.

Qualifications

• Abschluss ideal, Kenntnisse in KFZ-/Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-/Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• EDV-Kenntnisse: MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Erste Ansprechperson für Kund*innen und Partner*innen in der Schweiz.
• Bearbeitung von Schadenunterlagen und Abstimmung mit Versicherungspartnern.
• Prüfung von Kostenvoranschlägen zu Unfallschäden.
• Bearbeitung von Pannenfällen im In- und Ausland in Kooperation mit unserem Assistance-Partner*innen.
• Rechnungsprüfung und Verbuchung; Klärung offener Schadenzahlungen.

• Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund*innen, sowie Partner*innen in der Schweiz
• Du bearbeitest Schadenunterlagen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unseren Versicherungspartner*innen
• Du prüfst und kontrollierst Kostenvoranschläge von Reparaturleistungen zu Unfallschäden
• Du bearbeitest Pannenfälle im In- und Ausland in Kooperation mit unserem Assistance Partner*innen und stellst die Mobilität unserer Kund*innen sicher
• Du übernimmst die Rechnungskontrolle und Verbuchung
• Du klärst offene Schadenzahlungen mit Versicherungen ab

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

• Du bist Berufseinsteiger*in oder hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt
• Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung - Kenntnisse in der KFZ/ Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englisch- und Französisch-Kenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift
• Du verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse (speziell MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
• Du arbeitest strukturiert , lösungsorientiert & bist ein Teamplayer

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.450,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
