Zusammenfassung

Ayvens in Österreich sucht eine engagierte Rückkehr- bzw. Kommunikationspersönlichkeit, die die interne Kommunikation über Newsletter, Intranet-Beiträge und Management-Updates gestaltet und koordiniert.

Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsführung bei organisatorischen Aufgaben, erstellen Präsentationen und Protokolle, und treiben Employer-Branding sowie Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen voran. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Sie haben eine fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein relevantes Studium abgeschlossen.
• Sie sind organisationsstark, kreativ und lösungsorientiert.
• Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und priorisieren Aufgaben.
• Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel und Copilot.
• Sie bringen großes Interesse an interner Kommunikation, Mitarbeiterengagement und Unternehmenskultur mit.
• Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Sie gestalten und koordinieren unsere interne Kommunikation über Newsletter, Intranet-Beiträge bis Management-Kommunikation.
• Sie unterstützen Geschäftsführung und Management bei organisatorischen Aufgaben.
• Sie erstellen Präsentationen, Briefings und Management-Unterlagen und bereiten Meetings professionell vor.
• Sie betreuen Arbeitgeber-Bewertungsplattformen und fördern Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten.
• Sie planen und koordinieren Mitarbeiterevents wie Townhalls, Afterworks und interne Kulturinitiativen.

Deine zukünftige Rolle

• Du gestaltest und koordinierst unsere interne Kommunikation über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg – von Newslettern, Intranet-Beiträgen bis hin zu Management-Kommunikation
• Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung und das Management Team bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
• Du erstellst Präsentationen, Briefings und Management-Unterlagen, bereitest Meetings professionell vor und stellst korrekte Protokollierung sicher
• Du betreust unsere Arbeitgeber-Bewertungsplattformen und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Employer-Branding-Aktivitäten
• Du planst und koordinierst Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen wie Townhalls, Afterworks und interne Kulturinitiativen

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition

• Du hast eine fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein relevantes Studium abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Human Resources oder Eventmanagement mit
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und Lösungsorientierung
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und kannst gut priorisieren
• Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel und Copilot
• Du bringst ausgeprägtes Interesse an interner Kommunikation, Mitarbeiterengagement und Unternehmenskultur mit. Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Erstellung zielgruppenorientierter Kommunikationsinhalte
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.100,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
