Job summary

Zoku Vienna, through Hosco, offers a Meetings & Events internship starting February 2027. You will serve as the first contact for reservations, guiding clients from inquiry to booking, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with Operations to ensure flawless events.

You will work with the M&E Specialist and Sales/Operations teams to optimize bookings, build client relations, and upsell services. A people-first environment awaits with hands-on experience in event coordination.

Qualifications

• You are a student in hospitality (university or similar) required to do a mandatory internship (min. 6–10 months).
• Fluent in German (C1/C2, native) and English; other languages a plus.
• EU resident or hold valid working permit for Austria.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact: handle inbox and calls, qualify leads, site visits, guide from inquiry to booking.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and upselling to optimize each event for client and hotel.
• Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure all details are received, communicated and executed flawlessly.
• Maintain post-event relationships, invoicing, and account upkeep to build long-term loyalty with partners.
• Assist on the floor during service and events to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Are you a natural connector with a passion for creating unforgettable events? As a Meeting & Events Intern at Zoku Vienna (starting in February 2027), you’ll be the first point of contact for all meeting and event reservations, guiding clients from their first inquiry to a flawless post-event experience. Whether it's qualifying leads, hosting site visits, or ensuring smooth coordination with our operations team, you’ll play a key role in making every event at Zoku a success.You’ll work closely with our M&E Specialist, as well as the Sales and Operations teams, to optimize bookings, refine event processes, and build strong relationships with clients. From negotiating contracts and upselling services to ensuring seamless handovers, you’ll have a direct impact on both guest satisfaction and Zoku’s event success. You will also be helping out on the floor when it is needed to help create unforgetful guest experiences.We’re looking for someone who thrives in a people-first environment, has an eye for detail, and loves turning great ideas into reality. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Be the first point of contact: You’ll handle the M&E inbox and phone calls, qualify leads, conduct site visits, and guide clients from inquiry to booking.
• Make every event count: You’ll manage contracts, negotiations, and upselling, ensuring that each event is optimized for both the client and Zoku.
• Own the event process from start to finish: You’ll coordinate with the Operations Team, making sure all relevant details are received, communicated, and flawlessly executed.
• Keep relationships strong: You’ll manage post‑event feedback, invoicing, and account relationships, helping to build long‑term loyalty with partners.
• Serve with a smile: You will help out the Operations Team to execute excelent service to keep the guests satisfied.

A FEW MUST HAVES

You are a student at a hospitalityuniversityand need to do a mandatory administrative – or graduation internship (min. 6-10 months)as part of your curriculum.You are fluent in German (C1,C2, native) andEnglish, other languages are a plus.You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for Austria.You are available to start in February 2026 and can work five days a week.
