Zoku Vienna invites you to join as an Internship Hospitality All-Rounder – Bartender, F&B Host & Front Desk (Sidekick). You’ll be everywhere that matters, from greeting guests and sharing local tips to serving coffee, cocktails, and managing guest needs.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Internship for min. 6 months
• Fluent in English
• EU resident or valid Austrian work & residence permit
• Fully flexible, no fixed working days/hours

Responsibilities

• Learn across all departments: reception, restaurant, bar and guest services
• Welcome guests, assist check-ins/check-outs and share local tips
• Bar: pull espressos, pour beer, mix cocktails and chat with guests
• Restaurant: serve meals and guide guests to wine and seating
• Front desk: answer questions and provide personalised recommendations
