Fluency in English and French is expected, with a degree in mechanical engineering or automation and at least 1 year of MedTech or regulated industry experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience within the MedTech industry or other regulated environment.
• Experience with process validation, problem solving, critical thinking and 6-sigma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate change.
• Team player, comfortable in a cross-cultural, multitasking environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide production support for implantable defibrillator and pacemaker products.
• Monitor and improve the performance of the manufacturing processes he is responsible for.
• Design or adapt manufacturing processes and inspection systems to production condition.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to Quality and Productivity.
• Commission equipment including process validation and definition of SPC.
• Define manufacturing Work Instructions and train Manufacturing collaborators.
• Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
• Owns problems from end-to-end, manage complexity, and interact directly with stakeholders to understand and minimize any impact to the business.
