Zusammenfassung

Medtronic in Switzerland seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to provide production support for implantable devices and to improve manufacturing processes. You will design and adapt processes, participate in quality and productivity projects, and validate equipment with SPC definitions.

Fluency in English and French is expected, with a degree in mechanical engineering or automation and at least 1 year of MedTech or regulated industry experience.

• Experience with process validation, problem solving, critical thinking and 6-sigma.

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to Quality and Productivity.
• Commission equipment including process validation and definition of SPC.
• Define manufacturing Work Instructions and train Manufacturing collaborators.
• Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
• Owns problems from end-to-end, manage complexity, and interact directly with stakeholders to understand and minimize any impact to the business.
