Grange Meat Co. is seeking an experienced Processing Manager to lead daily production and processing operations across beef, lamb and pork.

You will drive targets for safety, efficiency, yield and quality, coordinating labour and resources to meet production requirements and wholesale orders.

Qualifikationen

• Proven supervisory/management experience in meat processing or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of beef, lamb and pork processing, butchery and portion control.
• Sound understanding of OHS, HACCP and food safety/quality assurance requirements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

About You
