Bell Food Group in Switzerland is seeking a Technical Maintenance Team Leader for our slaughterhouse. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure high plant availability, drive preventive maintenance, and manage external partners to keep operations running smoothly.

You bring several years of maintenance and people-management experience, proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), and fluency in German with good English.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum several years of management and professional experience in maintenance.
• Experience in managing technical projects and investments.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent German and good English.

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for the technical infrastructure and ensuring high plant availability at the slaughterhouse.
• Technical and personnel management and development of the maintenance team.
• Ensure reliable operation of all technical systems through maintenance and fault resolution.
• Carry out and monitor technical inspections focusing on health, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Reduce downtime through preventive maintenance and continuous optimisation.
• Procurement and availability of spare parts.
• Coordinate and supervise external partners, suppliers and fitters.
• Maintain complete, traceable documentation of maintenance work and manage the maintenance system.
• Support and contribute to technical projects and plant expansions or optimisations.
• Opportunity to act as deputy to the Head of Plant Maintenance depending on profile.
