Have you ever seen a train wreck coming when everyone else thought things looked fine… and then gone looking for the data to find out if you were right?
We’re looking for someone who’s a little bit like a psychic drenched in actual numbers.
You notice patterns. You question what everyone else accepts. And then you want the data to tell you whether your instincts actually hold up.
Help us measure what organizations usually discover too late.
Organizations have become extraordinarily good at measuring outcomes.
Turnover. Absenteeism. Incidents. Complaints. Performance. Litigation.
But the human conditions developing before those outcomes can be much harder to measure.
The patterns in how people experience, behave and interact inside an organization can begin changing long before those changes become visible in conventional organizational metrics.

You’ll help us answer those questions.
You have a strong MSc or PhD in an area such as:
You’ll need strong quantitative measurement skills and experience with psychometric validation.
Experience with advanced psychometric methods, adaptive measurement, longitudinal measurement or multilingual instrument validation would be particularly valuable.
Strong R and/or Python skills are preferred.
Our mission is to make hidden human and organizational risk measurable, so problems can be identified, understood and addressed before they elevate.
Blucentia is an early-stage technology company based in Vienna, building the scientific and technical foundations behind HSEG.
You’ll be joining while the methodology and technology are still being researched, tested and validated, meaning you’ll have genuine influence over what they become.
From €60,000 gross/year, with higher compensation depending on experience and qualifications.
