You will develop and validate tests for the Vienna Test System, analyze data, and publish results while collaborating across disciplines.

The role requires a degree in psychology or statistics, strong psychometrics knowledge, proficiency in R/SPSS, and excellent English; German skills or willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Statistics or a comparable field.
• Solid knowledge of psychological assessments and psychometrics.
• Experience in statistics and quantitative methodology.
• Knowledge of machine learning / AI is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in R, SPSS, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Very good English skills (spoken and written).
• Good German skills or willingness to learn the language.

Responsibilities

• Development and validation of psychometric tests for the Vienna Test System.
• Design and implementation of validation studies to ensure accuracy, reliability, and validity of tests.
• Analysis of psychometric data to optimize existing and new tests, including writing test manuals.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research on latest developments in psychometrics, data science, and AI to help innovate products.
• Publication of research findings in scientific journals and presenting them at national and international conferences.
