Jobtailor is seeking a data engineering professional to develop a scalable data foundation for marketing automation. You will create a 360° customer view from CRM, usage, and contract data and ensure data quality across systems.

You will translate marketing requirements into automation logic, build integrations, and enable analytics and decision-making through KPI and ROI frameworks. Collaboration across Marketing, CRM, Product Management, and Engineering is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in data engineering with knowledge in data science, analytics, or marketing analytics.
• Experience in marketing automation and data-driven lifecycle management.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data quality management.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and complex integrations.
• Analytical thinker who translates business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Familiarity with GDPR, consent management, and data governance.

• Develop scalable data models and a 360° customer view from CRM, usage, and contract data.
• Build data integrations and keep data consistent across systems.
• Translate marketing requirements into data-driven automation logic, such as triggers and segments.
• Design tracking and tagging concepts for digital channels and ensure tracking quality.
• Enable analytics and data-driven decision making with KPI frameworks and ROI measurements.
