• Experience in planning and delivering technical training within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Ability to design, develop and improve training concepts and materials.

• Interest in modern learning technologies and digital formats.
• Proven ability to work with quality systems, SOPs, and regulated environments.
• Very good German and English skills.
