ABB is seeking a Support Engineer Test Equipment to ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement of our test systems. You will work at the interface of production, engineering, and maintenance to improve quality and efficiency through strong technical skills.

Requires completed technical education in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Mechatronics or equivalent, plus experience in technical support or maintenance of test/inspection systems, and strong German and English communication

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Solid knowledge of fault analysis and investigating and fixing technical issues.
• Proficient in MS Office and interested in technical software systems.

Aufgaben

• Ensure reliable operation of test systems and equipment, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and fault resolution.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and optimization to improve availability and reliability of test equipment.
• Provide technical support to production and engineering teams regarding test systems and testing processes.
• Contribute to introduction, development, and standardization of test equipment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
