You’ll design qualification concepts, maintain training documentation, evaluate effectiveness, and collaborate with production experts to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer that runs the world.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in planning and delivering technical training within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Effective presentation, facilitation, and communication skills to explain complex topics clearly.
• Experience developing training materials, digital learning content, and training documentation.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver classroom, practical, on-the-job, and blended training for manufacturing staff.
• Develop and improve training concepts and digital learning content.
• Support qualification management and maintain training documentation per quality standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and collect participant feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production experts to sustain learning programs.
