ABB, a leader in machine automation, is seeking a Team Lead in Austria to drive innovative control concepts for linear drive systems. You will guide interdisciplinary teams from idea to production readiness and contribute to control system development for new generations of drive solutions.

The role combines on-site work with 10 home office days per month and offers a broad benefits package and growth opportunities within a global tech leader.

Qualifikationen

• Well-founded technical education in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, telematics, or similar.
• Knowledge and experience in control engineering in drive technology environment.
• Programming skills, preferably in C.

Aufgaben

• Develop solution concepts as part of an interdisciplinary project team – from initial idea to series production readiness.
• Contribute to the design and development of control systems for new generations of linear drive systems.
• Create functional simulations and ensure verification and documentation of the developed solutions.
• Test, commission, and validate the systems using existing tools for version control and continuous integration.
