Zusammenfassung

Harding+ is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead onboard cruise retail teams and drive sales performance. You will set the standard for customer service, train staff, and manage events and product knowledge for luxury guests.

This contract role is based at sea for up to six months per stint, with 1–2 months at home between contracts. Accommodation and meals are provided along with visas and ongoing training to support your leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager (ideally with experience at sea).
• Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Motivated in leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team in creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board.
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profit targets with excellent service.
• Set an example for your team by acting as a role model.
• Identify and deliver training requirements within your team.
• Take ownership of your client base, including outreach for events and product knowledge.
• Maintain high standards on the shop floor and in back office operations.
