Harding+ is seeking a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate for onboard cruise retailing, delivering premium and luxury brands to guests around the world.

You will live and work on a cruise ship, provide exceptional customer experiences, showcase luxury items, and drive sales through events and promotions while travelling to diverse destinations.

Accommodation and meals are provided on board, with visas arranged and contracts lasting up to 6 months at a time, plus breaks between contracts.

Qualifikationen

• French speaking requirement.
• Strong face-to-face customer service and sales ability.
• Experience with premium or luxury products.
• Willingness to live and work at sea for extended periods.

What You Will Be Doing

• Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
• Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations

Who You Are

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products
• French speaking
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• A strong team player who is goal orientated
