Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a Liquor Sales Specialist to join our onboard retail teams. Work on cruise ships around the world, guiding guests through premium spirits, creating tasting experiences and driving sales.

You’ll support tastings and events, maintain stock, and share your knowledge with the wider team. English fluency is essential; other languages are welcome. Contracts up to 6 months with opportunities for extension.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of spirits with ability to explain flavour notes.
• Experience in liquor retail, duty free, hospitality or brand ambassador roles.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests to discover and enjoy the premium liquor range.
• Support tastings, seminars, events and promotions.
• Maintain visual standards, stock handling and compliance.
• Engage guests, spot buying signals and drive sales.
