Technical education in mechanics/mechatronics/electrical engineering or industrial maintenance with 2–5 years of hands-on experience is required.

• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, production, or a similar technical environment.
• Reliable, structured, and quality-driven approach with a hands-on mentality.
