Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of LVSA architecture and manufacturing constraints.
• Familiarity with IEC 61439 and project execution processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of electrical and mechanical engineers.
• Ensure on-time IFC release and alignment with project milestones.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, testing and project execution teams.
• Monitor KPIs: quality, rework, productivity; drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee ECR/ECO changes with controlled updates to drawings and BOMs.
