Zusammenfassung

Eaton is hiring an LVSA Production Scheduler (m/f/d) at our Schrems plant in Austria. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth and economical production process within set capacities and timelines.

You will create work orders, manage materials, and coordinate with multiple functions to meet project milestones. The position emphasizes lean practices and ERP SAP usage in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in local procurement and warehouse/shipping is a plus.
• Familiarity with LEAN principles (ELSS) and manufacturing engineering is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Create work orders for LVSA assembly considering BOM, delivery dates, and material availability.
• Consider capacity utilization and tooling availability for production planning.
• Match components to the correct assembly steps and manage SAP work orders.
• Track start/finish dates against plan and monitor material availability.
• Optimize SAP parameters to improve parts availability and reduce inventory.
• Maintain lean inventories and coordinate customer/stock transfer orders.
• Communicate with other plants on delivery date changes for LVSA assembly.
• Participate in EBS, MESH, ZISC, ELSS and quality assurance activities.
• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory to improve efficiency.
