Job summary

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in Austria seeks a Mini Bar Attendant to manage minibar replenishment, presentation, and inventory across guest rooms. You will ensure fresh stock, proper labeling, and timely guest service with a focus on privacy and hospitality excellence.

This role supports revenue optimization, collaborates across Housekeeping, Front Office, Finance, and F&B, and upholds safety and hygiene standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Service-oriented mindset and guest focus.
• Capable of independent work with consistent standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good English is essential; German is a plus.
• Experience in luxury hotel environment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Replenish guestroom minibars according to hotel standards, ensuring products are fresh, fully stocked, attractively presented.
• Monitor product quality, check expiration dates, rotate stock using FIFO, and maintain minibar equipment.
• Conduct inventory checks, record consumption, process minibar charges, and support stock counts.
• Respond to guest requests professionally while maintaining privacy and hospitality.
• Support revenue optimization through accurate record-keeping and stock control.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Finance, and F&B for seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare welcome amenities and minibar enhancements for VIP arrivals and long-stay guests.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards including HACCP, Forbes, and LQA.
