European Investment Bank in Luxembourg is seeking a Head of Lending Technology & Applications Division to lead the evolution of the lending technology landscape. You will oversee applications, platforms and teams, delivering secure, innovative digital solutions that enable financing operations across the bank.

The role combines technology leadership with business partnership, driving transformation while balancing investments with production stability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years leading delivery and operations of critical applications.
• Experience leading multiple tech teams in international environments.
• Ability to shape demand, roadmaps and balance value with sustainability.
• Strong knowledge across enterprise app technologies incl Java/JS, Microsoft, Power Platform, SaaS/cloud.
• Experience across full lifecycle including security, resilience and obsolescence.
• Banking experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
