Red Bull is looking for a Project Lead to drive the expansion of its Operations footprint, turning growth plans into scalable production and logistics assets across sites. As Project Lead, you will manage scope, milestones, budgets and risks, coordinate across functions, and ensure timely delivery from scoping to ramp-up.

A university degree and 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain are required. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations management, business administration or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; German or another language is an advantage
• Minimum five years of project or program management experience, ideally within Operations or Supply Chain
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and multiple workstreams
• Experience managing CAPEX projects; FMCG industry experience is an advantage
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront
• Confident use of AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and support project delivery
• Strong organizational, prioritization and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across functions and seniority levels
• Structured, proactive and hands-on approach, with an end-to-end mindset
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.760,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.

Aufgaben

• Lead expansion projects from scope definition through to delivery and ramp-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, engineering, IT, logistics, procurement and more.
• Develop clear project plans, milestones and responsibilities with transparent timelines and budgets.
• Manage interdependencies and mitigate risks across workstreams.
• Prepare concise, insight-driven updates for the Program Manager and Decision Board.
• Shape Expansion Framework by capturing lessons learned and translating into standards.
• Build a network with stakeholders to support collaboration and issue resolution.
• Translate manufacturing, warehousing and infrastructure requirements into project priorities.
