Job summary

Forlog AG is a Swiss consulting boutique delivering municipal infrastructure projects across Central Asia and nearby regions. We are creating a role to own LinkedIn end to end: the company page, a steady cadence of posts from real projects, and support for the Owner and senior team so their voices carry the firm’s message.

You will partner with the Commercial & Partnership Manager and the European Partnerships Coordinator to reach senior firms and IFIs, presenting Forlog as a credible,

Qualifications

• 3+ years running LinkedIn for a B2B professional-services firm.
• Native-level English writing, clear and confident style.
• Understanding of engineering consulting or development finance is a plus.
• Proficient LinkedIn page admin, scheduling, and analytics.
• Ability to maintain a long-term content calendar without micromanagement.
• Proficient with Canva or Figma and basic video editing.
• Russian language skills required; German or French also helpful.
• Experience with engineering/infrastructure consultancies or IFIs.
• Photography or short-form video from project sites is a plus.
• Familiarity with European infra firms and IFIs.

Responsibilities

• Own Forlog's LinkedIn presence end to end.
• Manage the company page: services, sectors, references, team identity.
• Plan and publish a regular cadence of posts grounded in real projects.
• Draft, edit and schedule leadership posts in their voice.
• Coordinate with Commercial & Partnership Manager and European Partnerships Coordinator.
• Support recruitment via the Expert Network Manager by turning openings into posts.
• Create visuals and report monthly on reach and engagement.
