Storyblok GmbH is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Manager to lead our Foundations & Enablement group, ensuring fast, secure, and consistent delivery across frontend and backend. You will own the standards, tooling, CI/CD, and developer experience, while guiding a multi-disciplinary team and aligning with product needs.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in software development and 2+ years in engineering leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience across frontend and backend and ability to guide senior engineers.

Mansioni

• Lead and support a cross-functional team of engineers with a focus on delivery, people development, and process improvement.
• Balance the team’s technical roadmap with requests from product teams and communicate trade-offs transparently.
• Maintain and evolve engineering-wide standards—security, tooling, CI/CD, developer experience.
• Partner with Infrastructure on shared platform concerns with clear ownership boundaries.
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of active coaching and growth.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to strengthen the team.

Formazione

7+ years of experience in advanced software development
